Epik High’s Tablo confessed on May 10’s episode of KBS “Star Golden Bell” that he has the habit of going almost nude when he is recording songs.

“When I rap, I move and the clothes make rustling sounds so I started taking off my clothes. The other members who took off their clothes during recording said it was quite comfortable but sometimes the people who came over to deliver food were confused about it,” Tablo said, which resulted to a moment of laughter in the set.

Tablo also added that when he feels very lonely, he sleeps in Mithra Jin’s room and hugs Mithra tight because he likes that he is chubby.

North Korea and China, wtf

I watched this documentary today about North Koreans living in China called Seoul Train. So depressing. I'm pretty sure that most people are aware that North Korea is, you know, Hell, and that on the outskirts the regime is beginning to collapse. Okay, that's being a little optimistic. The regime is starting to loosen its chokehold on North Koreans living in the outskirts? Or, other countries are forcing the regime to loosen its fingers around North Korean have-not necks?

That being said, it's a little early for people to think that any change is going to happen sometime soon.

I think the documentary said that around 3 million North Koreans have died because of famine that was caused by disproportional rations. This, I think most people are aware of as well. So, North Koreans are fleeing. And China is sending them back! China claims that these North Koreans are not refugees, and so they are allowed to send them back without violating any international laws. Repatriating North Koreans almost certainly means death.

CHINA I DON'T UNDERSTAND. Why are they huge douches. Like...China owns a lot of the oil in Darfur, so the U.S. is afraid to intervene lest a feud with China begin. China vs. Tibet, China vs...I donno, they're own people?

This is upsetting.

oo2; Alex and Horan's single albums + Clazziquai's new album later on in the year!
oo3; EPIK HIGH'S NEW ALBUM! Tablo says that this album is a lot more personal and pretty much completely took over 3 months of his life. Gleeeeeeee~
oo4; Iljimae! JUNKI. SEUNGKI! EXCITEMENT.
oo5; SEUNGKI! Again. I DLed his new album but I think I will have to buy it. Seungki really needs more love, because he's so amazing and so cute xD

Okay that's all I can think of at the moment, but considering that Seo Taiji, Clazziquai, Epik High, and Seungki are the 4 biggest players in my kpop obsession, I won't be surprised if I just die of cardiac arrest. 8DDDDDD

So, I just bought a pair of $50 headphones online. :O WAI AM I STUPID??? But they're cute.

Oh well. I really wanted these mix-style headphones that are pretty popular in asia right now, but I read a few reviews and apparently the sound quality isn't great. ^^

Whatever it's my birthday soon. yay~ i'm allowed to make stupid choices.

Summer 2008, volunteer? 8D

So...I've been trying to find a good volunteer program for this summer...and a lot of them have caught my attention, but why do they have to cost so much!?

For instance, Bike and Build. Like, I really would love to bike across America and stop along the way to help build houses, but I really don't think I can afford the plane tickets and the biking gear (and the bike?)! And I would really really really love to teach English abroad, but those cost money too! And the programs that are relatively cheap seem a bit shady.

Anyone know any good volunteer programs? I really want to go to Thailand to teach...

as for me, i feel like this weekend will be super busy. tonight i'm going with my suitemates to see step up 2 the streets. yes, really! and then we're baking cookies.

tomorrow we might go clubbing. and at the club, they'll be celebrating president's day, and throwing money into the crowd! it's also singles night~ keke.

saturday i'm going to the MET with lille to look at art-things and old-things. i'm excited. and sunday i'm hosting bulgogi night for some close friends. what will happen on monday? haha
